  • Put the dough on a floured surface for about 8 to 10 minutes until it becomes elastic and smooth. to obtain a crispy but soft crust.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for at least 1 hour or until doubled in size.
